RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Ginger Interiors offer no Problem Returns
Please include a covering note including the following information:
Your address, including postcode
Contact telephone number
Your order number where applicable
Details of the items being returned
State whether you're need a Refund OR Replacement
Reason for return
Please return unwanted items unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged, as any damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
The easiest way to return an item to is via the post office using one of their recommended parcel services. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office.
As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days and we will let you know as soon as any refund has been processed. Please note that your original postage costs paid when placing your order will not be refunded if you are returning an item for a refund or exchange for any reason other than faulty.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it has a manufacturing fault, we will be more than happy to provide a returns label or arrange a courier collection. If however you are returning unwanted goods or need to exchange for a different size/design, we're afraid that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. Any goods returned which are in used condition will only have a refund if they have a manufacturing defect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
