Occasionally there are items that are unavailable for immediate delivery and you will be notified immediately. All items are usually dispatched same day and are delivered by either Royal Mail, or City Link depending on what it is, where it's going and how much it weighs. You will receive shipping notification on dispatch with details of any tracking information. - Returns & Replacements

When you choose to purchase a product from us you are entering a legally binding agreement, which is governed by UK law. You have a right to cancel within 7 days, commencing from the day after you’ve received your delivery from us. If you wish to cancel, please let us know shop@gingerinteriors.co.uk. If you wish to return your order it must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition as soon as possible. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. You will receive from us a full refund for the item/s, which you have cancelled minus the shipping costs. In the event that your purchase is faulty we will of course offer you either a replacement or full refund including delivery charge
